At EWA we are constantly striving to improve our standards and consequently services to our clients.  By our attainment of a number of widely recognised Quality Standards and trade affiliations we are actively able to demonstrate both commitment and ability.

EWA operates Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with most of our clients. Programme objectives and timescales for delivery form the basis of our quality ethos.

Our quality culture is assessed and reviewed continually, both internally and externally, in line with our formal accreditation - ISO 9001:2000.
