Mike Flack
Senior Account Director
With over 35 years experience in project management, with the last 25 at EWA, Mike has gained a wealth of experience in the marketing and communications industry. This includes, contact centre management, CRM strategy development, direct mail and loyalty programme management.
As well as directly or indirectly managing client contracts, over the last 14 years Mike’s role has expanded to encompass the development of contact strategies and proposals for existing and prospective clients. Additionally Mike is a member of EWA’s strategic development team.
Previously Mike worked for Rothmans International including a long term project management role coordinating shipping logistics for the worldwide export of products.
Mike holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management from The Institute of Learning Management and sits on EWA’s security committee and acts as company secretary.
