Managing Director

As Managing Director Paul is ultimately responsible for all of EWA's business activities.


Paul joined the company soon after it was formed in 1983 and together with the two original directors built the core foundations and business principles of the organisation, as it exists today.


Paul has worked in the Marketing Communications sector for almost 30 years, developing and implementing Contact Strategies, Communications Programmes and Channel Integration Strategies for large brands including: Marks & Spencer, Nissan, adidas, Merial, Department of Health and TDA.


Good, consistent, and rewarding 'Customer Experience' is his focus on behalf of those brands, helping businesses to develop and maintain enduring, successful and profitable customer relationships.


Paul is a member of The Institute of Direct Marketing, an Affiliated Professional of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the RSA.
