Kay ShelleyKay Shelley

Operations Manager

Kay has over 25 years operations and HR experience within a marketing communications and Direct Mail environment. Kay is responsible for the recruitment and training of staff for all EWA contracts as well as management of EWA’s contact centre bureau and fulfilment teams.

Additionally Kay is responsible for resource management and development and ensuring the company’s services are delivered within agreed service level guidelines.

As part of her wider HR and operations remit, Kay ensures quality standards are met across all of EWA’s operations and maintains EWA’s accreditations to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001, IIP and CCA.

Kay holds a Diploma in Operations Management including Production and Inventory, a Level 5 Diploma in Management from The Institute of Learning Management and affiliate CIPD membership.
