Wiltshire Farm Foods scoop 2 FMA awards
Congratulations to our client Wiltshire Farm Foods for scooping two awards at the prestigious Franchise Marketing Awards 2009. The awards are held in recognition of the industry's most innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
The frozen meals delivery business owned by apetito won in the two digital categories for Best Website and Best Online Marketing Campaign.
Matthew Curry, Head of New Media at Wiltshire Farm Foods comments on their online marketing campaign:
“A cross-agency project, the Wiltshire Farm Foods 'Customer Lifecycle' online campaign is designed to reiterate our unique selling points throughout the customer’s experience with Wiltshire Farm Foods, comprising of Welcome Messages, Prompts to Order, Product Direction, Customer Modelling & Critical Lag Analysis. It incorporates best-of-breed design & dynamic content to both increase customer engagement, retention & yield management."
