New programme for Immigration New Zealand
Following a competitive tender process, contact centre specialist EWA Bespoke Communications has been awarded a 2 year contract by Immigration New Zealand (INZ) for the provision of an outsourced customer advice and guidance helpline for people interested in immigrating to New Zealand.
“This is a particularly pleasing win for us” commented Mike Flack, the Senior Account Director responsible for the delivery of the new programme. “We worked very hard on our tender submission and took time to really understand what factors would be important to all stakeholders involved. We have a very experienced team in place to work on the project and have already formed a very good relationship with our colleagues at INZ.”
The team will provide frontline advice, support and guidance to interested parties. It will also be responsible for highlighting significant opportunities and attracting potential priority and high value migrants therefore helping to maximise the contribution for growth and enhancement of New Zealand’s economy.
To support the contact centre element, the programme will also make use of EWA’s in-house print and fulfilment department to send personalised information packs and to undertake ad-hoc marketing campaigns.
Overall the new programme will utilise and benefit from EWA’s core expertise in database development, data management, contact management and exceptional customer service.
