Merial 'Making the Vital Difference' Award
EWA Bespoke Communications would like to congratulate Miss Rosie King for receiving the Merial ‘Making the Vital Difference’ Award.
Rosie King is part of EWA’s Merial Regional Telesales Team. The team’s role encompasses the promotion and selling of Merial’s Frontline and Eqvalan products into small and medium retailers via proactive telephone contact.
A major part of the function is establishing new and productive relationships with customers and it is in relation to this, as well as the level of sales achieved, that Rosie’s hard work and dedication has been recognised.
Regional Telesales Coordinator, Rosie King commented, “I’m very happy indeed to have received this award from Merial. It was unexpected to say the least but it’s great to have been recognised for my hard work”.
EWA have a very successful, long-term relationship with Merial Animal Health, managing a Customer Support Centre for the animal pharmaceutical specialists designed to develop and deepen relationships with existing customers and support Merial’s field based sales force. EWA have further developed the programme through the use of Customer Insight which has provided new opportunities and increased sales with existing Merial customers.
Findlay MacBean, Head of Customer Operations at Merial commented,
“Emma Batson (Equine Manager,) proposed Rosie for a Merial recognition award which I happily supported but I was unsure how to proceed as Rosie is not directly employed by Merial. After some discussion we were delighted to say that we were able to recognise Rosie in this way; in fact, to my knowledge, she is the first non-Merial employee to receive such an award.”
