Customer Relationship Management Agency, EWA Bespoke Communications are pleased to announce that the Merial Customer Support Centre has been shortlisted for the highly prestigious 2012 BESMA Awards (The British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards) under the ‘Sales Support Team of the Year’ category. The nomination recognises the achievements of the Customer Support Centre which has been operated by EWA for the past 13 years.
